Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #286 - Kraft Flower Fun

Hi Everyone!!

Happy Sunday! Hope that you have been having a great weekend! Sunday means its time for another awesome Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge sketch! YAY! So stay in your jammies grab a cup of coffee and join in for some crafty fun :)  Here is our sketch for this week:

This slightly half-circle off the side of the card is so cool! I decided to go with a monochromatic color scheme with a little bit of yellow and brown. I kept this card to just dies and embossing, no stamping! I used the Petal Pop-Ups 2 dies from Taylored Expressions to create this little flower and layered it with the Layering Doily Large die (TE) against the Lots of Dots Embossing Folder (TE):

Card Ingredients:
Inks: Memento: Dandelion and Chalk Ink: Dark Brown
Papers: Toffee and Buttercream cardstock from TE
Taylored Dies: Petal Pop-Ups 2, Layering Doily Large and Lots of Dots Embossing Folder
Accessories: corner chomper (photo corner), Dotted Lattice embossing folder from TE, best glue ever, foam dimensional tape, bling and white gel pen

It was so fun to have a monochromatic color scheme to work with - it makes it so much fun to focus on textures using dies and embossing folders! Please check out all the cards with this sketch on the Sweet Sunday Sketch Blog and play along if you get the chance!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Hugs,
Sankari
